INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

This Information on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data (“Information”) has been prepared by Tam Ekran Teknoloji Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“TamEkran”) to fulfill our obligation to inform you, data subjects, under the protection of personal data, as stipulated in Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). This Information explains the procedures our company must comply with when processing your personal data, as well as your rights and freedoms.

1. Why and For What Purposes Is Your Personal Data Used?

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), TamEkran is referred to as the “Data Controller.” Within the scope of the services it will provide, and in line with the instructions and applications it will receive from you, and in line with all legal obligations, in line with all financing transactions and marketing activities, to ensure your smooth use of the products and services offered, and to ensure the implementation of human resources policies, TamEkran may perform transactions considered “Data Processing” within the framework of the KVKK and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions. This includes obtaining, recording, storing, updating, classifying, sharing with, or transferring to third parties, as permitted by law, your personal and sensitive personal data, such as identity information, contact information, legal proceedings and compliance information, request and complaint management information, visual and audio data, and various customer and transaction data.

2. Disclosures Regarding the Sharing of Your Personal Data

TamEkran may obtain your personal data from all written, verbal, and electronic media, as well as from third parties and legal authorities.

3. Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

Your personal data is stored with the utmost care by TamEkran, providing a technical infrastructure in accordance with information security standards and procedures. You can exercise your rights under the KVKK regarding the processing and use of your personal data at any time by contacting TamEkran. Within this framework, you have the right to learn whether your personal data has been processed, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it has been used in accordance with its intended purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether domestically or internationally, to request correction of any incomplete or inaccurate processing of your personal data, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, to request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to any adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of your processed personal data, exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for any damages suffered due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your requests will be resolved as soon as possible, and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

Your personal data will be processed for purposes other than those specified in this Information Notice. It will be retained for the legal retention periods stipulated in the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data, as stipulated in the relevant legislation, and in the Personal Data Protection Law.
